At Teche, we want every order to arrive the way it should and every product to be something you’re excited to put to use. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Domestic Shipping Only

Teche currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Teche purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Apparel must be unwashed and free from stains, odors, or signs of wear. Original tags and packaging should be included when applicable. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required. Items that show signs of use or wear may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.
